2. Inspection of outer packaging:
Ensure that the package of the medical cable is complete, and the product brand, specifications, and models on the package are consistent with the order requirements.
3. Physical inspection:
To ensure that the surface of the medical cable conductor should have luster, no broken line, loose strand, jumper, crush and burr and other defects; Insulation layer surface should be smooth, uniform color; The surface of the outer sheath should be smooth and flat, uniform color, no obvious bumps, bulges, breaks, folds, bruises and other phenomena; Armored layer surface should be smooth, round, there should be no curling, burr, leakage and other defects; The medical cable with injet code on the surface shall be checked whether its name, specifications and models are consistent with the requirements of the order.
4. Size and performance check:
Prohibit length shortage, some manufacturers in order to improve profits on the length of manipulation, must be carefully identified; The national standard stipulates that the length error shall not exceed 0.5% of the total length; The electrical performance of medical cables shall be tested by the engineering department in batches according to the regulations of the local government; Some manufacturers will make the conductor thick on both sides and thin in the middle in the production process, which is also very difficult to check out. Therefore, we should pay special attention to the size and performance inspection of medical cables.
